The scholarship was set up in 2006. Since then it has expanded to incorporate students from Coventry High School.
To date, 4 students from Cranston High School East and 3 students from Coventry High have been awarded the scholarship. It is meant to help them with books, supplies. Anything he/she would need to get through school.
2009 Cpl. Holly Charette Scholarship Dinner
This years Scholarship Dinner, held in honor of Cpl. Holly Charette. It was a night filled with laughs, memories (new and old) and more importantly to award two new recipients the Cpl. Holly Charette Scholarship. The night included music, raffles, and food provided by Twin's Catering. It turned out to be a beautiful day so use of the patio outside was available. Pictures of event will be posted as soon as they are gathered and assembled. Thank you to all the came out, and to all that helped set-up.
